I only accept bank transfers and credit card payments through PayPal, for our safety and yours.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped to the address you provide to Paypal. They will be packaged with lots of love and care and shipped in three days after your payment is received. Custom ordered items will ship as soon as they are completed. Most of my items are made to order, so please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed/created before shipment. I ship worldwide using registered Turkish Airmail with delivery confirm. Shipping time is normally 10-18 business days’ overseas, 7-10 business days to Europe, but it can take few days more, the post service is very slow especially at holiday seasons. Please mail me for faster shipping options. You can ask me for your tracking number if you have any further questions about your package. I will try to help you every step of the way.
Packaging
I ship my items well-cushioned, inside a bubble mailer in organza gift pouches or gift boxes, prettily packaged and perfect for gift giving. I also include a zipped bag for you so that you can safely store your jewelry when not in use♥
Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind the quality of my items. Please let me know if you are unhappy on your non-custom purchased items ...and I will arrange to have the item returned and your purchase price refunded (less the cost of shipping and paypal or bank commitions )
